I received an Etsy message saying congrats I am a star seller for January. My stats are all above the required level but my shop still shows that I only have two badges and not the quick reply badge which is at 100%. Can you explain why my rating has not been updated please?
@MothVintageAtelier: Also, this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
Yes I totally understand the forum, however, if you click on the help button within Etsy and select 'Star Seller' as the subject, it takes you to this forum and says post your issue here!!
@MothVintageAtelier: We know that Etsy Help and support send people here, but there is no guarantee that anyone from Etsy will see or respond to your post.
Have you looked at the applicable CSV file (under Last Review Period) to see which messages Etsy thinks you did not answer within 24 hours and which kept you from getting the January badge and star?
