Star Seller Social Media Tile for January 2023 Unavailable?

I can not find the social media tile for Star Seller for January 2023. I have the email but the link goes to coupons and discounts. I have checked on the dashboard on my PC and both of the apps. I can not find the social media tile. I have heard that others are in the same position and cannot promote Star Seller. Has anyone found it or know what the fix is please?

same problem on my account.  I tried chatting with support and they said "don't worry about it".  Kinda disappointing response.

Last month the same thing happened. The tile shows up after a few days.....

Mine shows up but it never loads.

Yeah, there is no share star seller badge link on social media for my shop either, nor have I received an email about it either. It's already January 6th and there should be an announcement. The other option is to create our own post to share via social media.

That's what I did.  I created a post using Canva and shared that.  Support did say they are looking into it, but it will take 5-9 days.
