Star Seller metrics issue - monthly calculation
Long story short - I had a one-star review from a customer in October. Turned out that she had ordered the wrong item and although she initially thought it was my mistake and wrote a bad review before contacting me, we messaged each other and she recognized her mistake and was able to get Etsy to remove the review (she was unable to change it because I had replied). This process took a while to resolve so review wasn’t removed until after November 1.
I have spoken with Etsy customer service and they are telling me that even though I met all the metrics in October, since that accidental review was still there on November 1, they cannot change my Star Seller status for this month. Really frustrating, and I’m hoping that Etsy fixes this issue in the future.

@RistraRanch: Unfortunately, Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller data retroactively. Did the removal *fix* your stats for the December star?

@BagmakerSupply I don’t think it affects my December stats at all, as review was from October and was removed rather than changed.
