Star Seller message response not logged correctly - SPAM or not SPAM
I received a message from outside Etsy but did not have access to a computer at that time. I answered the buyer through the phone app within an hour. I got home and checked the computer the next day and saw that the message came from outside Etsy and the choice to accept it was presented and it was not accepted as 'Not SPAM". It had been 24 hours since my response on the phone app so the system logged it as not responded to.
Is there any way to get this functionality on the phone app? As stated, I responded to the message via the phone but but could not accept the message as not SPAM. Is there a better way to handle requests or questions from people who message outside of Etsy? Can you review this and mark it as responded to within 24 hours? Want to keep a good response record to retain Star Seller status.

Ditto. For the first time since the "STAR" seller program began we are not "STAR" sellers. This whole "accept or don't accept" a message is very confusing. We are a small shop and do not not get more that 10 messages a month, so this one message will hurt our standing for at least three months - all because we didn't understand this new message system. We thought this meant there was something "fishy" about the message and waited to figure out what was going on before answering, by that time we were 26 hours out! It's not the end of the world, however not really deserved. Has anyone received any recourse for something like this with the new "accept don't accept" message handling??

I know I did at least 3 message responses this aug and none of them are showing up in the star seller thing either.
