I should have had star seller but was off by 4% due to not responding to one message within 24 hrs. I checked the CSV and the time frame doesn't match with the time frame on the thread. Also I was off by 1% for speedy shipper but when I downloaded the CSV the last few were incorrect shipping frame time that I had adjusted and let my customer know (which they were perfectly fine with of course). It's very frustrating to miss it by such a low percentage that was also due to technical issues.
