I noticed the system doesn't recognize all tracking numbers. Even though a tracking number was included in a complete order, when I download a table from Star Seller database, it shows the tracking info is missing in some orders. And it's a reason I do not get the badge. But I fulfilled all requirements. Does anyone have the same issue?
Are you using a production partner?
@PlaceForYourSoul: The Star Seller metric is shipping with VERIFIABLE tracking, so a typo or something like a leading or trailing space will be seen as as an invalid tracking number. Also the shipping company must be one recognized by Etsy's third party tracking provider. An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order? If it opens the courier's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly.
