Star Seller issue

Etsy says I neglected to provide tracking info on two shipments this month. This will take away my star seller status.  I hand delivered these two items, and indicated this when completing the orders.  Is there anything I can do to correct the record?  Thank you.

Basically, buy a letter postage label from Etsy, and mail a receipt to the buyer. I have mixed feelings about that approach, but it seems to satisfy Etsy’s requirements (without actually improving customer service).

So.  Buy a label for no purpose but to charge you a fee, and we won't take away your Star Seller designation.  Still, it's the best option I've seen so far.  Thank you.

It appears that the two orders that are affecting your Star Seller really don't have a tracking number associated with them. Please know that all physical orders must include a valid tracking number or a shipping label purchased on Etsy to be counted positively towards your on-time shipping & tracking. Regarding entering 0s instead of a tracking number. This may work but if Etsy catches you, you may lose eligibility for star seller forever (if you care).
