Hello, I have by mistake created a custom order as an item to be shipped which in fact is a digital product. I have only noticed after the customer had paid and I couldn't edit the listing afterwards.
It affects my star seller criteria since I haven't even added a tracking number to the order after I clicked on order completed (because I don't understand how it works) I have sent the custom order to the buyer directly after I received the payment.
I have contacted the Etsy help support, and they have given me so much of their time answering all my questions, yet it is not possible to be fixed, because not the listing can be edited nor the star seller scoring.
I am so frustrated because this one listing, will affect my star seller badge for 3 months.
I hope this issue can be fixed.
@MagicalWorldDesigns : I think that everyone on the forum can sympathize with you, but since you sold the item as a "physical item" it requires tracking. Etsy has made it clear that they will not change Star Seller data.
