Star Seller is NOT counting November sales

Among million other sellers with Star Seller issues, here are some of mine:

1. Messages count - why counting only the last 5 message threads in a 3 month period ?

2. Why my November sales don't even appear in the count for December? Instead, for December review Etsy is counting a sale from August ????

3. Why the sales count is 9 , instead of 5, like announced starting July ?

4. Why only Star Sellers have access to chat support ? The rest don't count ? 

I have been a Star Seller for many months in a row, until Etsy messed it up again.

I don't think I even care about this anymore.

I have never seen such a mess in my life, on any other platform. What a SHAME !

For #4 - everyone has access to chat not just star sellers. I'm not a star seller every month and could still use chat.

@TheUrbanTouch: It is a little hard to answer you because your statements lack enough details to fully understand your questions, so we have to guess.

"1. Messages count - why counting only the last 5 message threads in a 3 month period ?" Only the FIRST message in a NEW thread counts. Are you basing your question on the data in the applicable CSV file?

"2. Why my November sales don't even appear in the count for December? Instead, for December review Etsy is counting a sale from August ????" Based on our analysis of the CSV files, it appears that orders are assigned to the month that they are scheduled to ship by (not when they were placed or shipped). And dates are determined by UTC not the sellers timezone.

Also, this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

The minimum number of sales needed to qualify is 5. You're probably looking at the number of sales you've had: 9.

4. Why only Star Sellers have access to chat support ? The rest don't count ?

You may be able to find support links in the Help Pages. The chat support for Star Sellers is just an additional icon that can be found (FINALLY, in my case) in the shop manager.
