I am missing out on Star Seller as two of my orders for some reason weren't being recognised as being shipped or having tracking - even though everything was there. Your technical support team have fixed this in the background, however have advised they can't manually fix my star seller rating and I needed to raise an issue here. Can you please assist? As I only have 32 orders, these two issues are keeping my rating at 93% and not 100%.

Everyone here is just like you - an Etsy seller at the mercy of Etsy.
If what you say is true, you should qualify for next month. No changes are made in the middle of a month.
The technical support team specifically directed me to this forum with a link and the instructions to let them know in this forum if I believe there is still a calculation error. Simply following their instructions... no need to jump down my throat. The shipping calculation behind star seller isn't updating, so I will not get star seller next month unless Etsy fix it. I am not asking them to change my status mid month. I am asking them to fix their mistake/bug which is currently preventing me from getting star seller next month.
