Customer received wrong product

My customer contacted me and provided photos that she got wrong product. In my Etsy seller app shows that she bought other product. She’s very trusted customer. I already made sure that products download files are correct. Is this Etsy’s error? 

anyone else having the same problem?

You state you have already checked to be sure the correct files are attached to each listing, that the buyer is a trusted purchaser.

I don't know what the issue could be, I guess glitches could happen. If there are site problems I'm sure we'll find out here in the forums.

In the meantime I would either send the buyer the correct file through Etsy's messaging system or send it to their email address you have on file. If you send the file to the buyer's email address, confirm you have done this through Etsy's messaging system.

Send her a screenshot of her order showing what you sent her.

A couple of days ago a seller reported in the forum that their buyer had the same problem.  The file they downloaded was not the file they bought.  Sounds like Etsy is having some sort of intermittent problem.
