Review Rating Wrong

I get 8 times five stars and 2 times four stars but my ratings 4.7. How can I fix this problem?

You have a 4 star and a 3 star. 4.7 is correct.

My customer firstly give 3 stars then change to 4 stars.

Stars have to be in the Last 12 months to be counted. If any of your 5 stars are over 12 months old they aren't counted anymore towards your review score.

Only the OLD, VERY OLD 1 star keeps showing on over and over... no expiration date, even if the customer lost a case about the review, no matter... it's a keeper for the robots.
