Star Seller for digital download requiring a shipping badge?

Hi there,

I few months ago I had removed all of my listing for shippable items and converted to digital download shop only. I contacted support and was I should qualify for the Star Seller and the shipping requirement would be removed after I deleted all the Shipped listings. 

It's been two months past my previous refresh period, and I still have the shipping badge requirement to achieve Star seller (With no shippable items listed)

Any help or suggestions with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

@Kuriie   Did you read about digital in the Star Seller Q&A in your shop manager dashboard?

@Kuriie: All Star Seller metrics are calculated for a three month period and awarded on the 1st of the month. The August star will be calculated on May, June, and July data. Any physical orders shipped without tracking during that period will still be considered.
