Star Seller for October - Digital Listings?

Very confused because I did not earn the Star Seller title for the month of October, yet I earned both “Rave Reviews” and “Speedy Replies” badges — Here’s the thing, all of my listings are digital. No shipping is involved. It seems that I didn’t get Star Seller because I did not earn the shipping badge. However, I have been awarded the Star Seller title for the past two months.. Pretty disappointing and I don’t understand what happened

What does it say at the bottom of the shipping section?  Do you accidentally have an item marked as physical?

The OP has to have met both of the sales criteria in order to have any of the badges.

I checked every listing, everything is a digital download

maybe it was the tip jar, which says it's not for sale - and not allowed on etsy

In shop manager, on the Star Seller page, under "Your November Progress" do you have a shipping section and if yes what does it say at the bottom of it?
