Star Seller calculation--message/response rate

Etsy says I didn't respond to a message within 24 hours but the message board shows that I did respond the same day.  How can Etsy's calculation be corrected? Thank you

Here's what a Community Specialist has posted in several threads recently.

"We suggest using the Forums' Search function prior to posting (just be careful to not bump an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in the last months/years), as questions regarding the Star Seller Program have been extensively covered by our fellow members since its launch, as well as our official Star Seller Guide, which contains in-depth answers to some of the more common questions regarding Message Response Rate, Shipping, Local Pick-Up, Digital Orders, and other topics. Hello @greenmia,

We've double-checked the message that is affecting your Star Seller and we can confirm that it didn't get a response, up until now. To get a closer breakdown of your messages that counted against your Star Seller, you can download a CSV by going to your Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > selecting the Message response rate tile > selecting the Export link next to Message breakdown.

No one on the Forum can do this for you.

Even Etsy Help says they cannot do this.

You can try contacting them through your seller dashboard.
