Etsy says I didn't respond to a message within 24 hours but the message board shows that I did respond the same day. How can Etsy's calculation be corrected? Thank you

We've double-checked the message that is affecting your Star Seller and we can confirm that it didn't get a response, up until now. To get a closer breakdown of your messages that counted against your Star Seller, you can download a CSV by going to your Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > selecting the Message response rate tile > selecting the Export link next to Message breakdown.

Even Etsy Help says they cannot do this.
You can try contacting them through your seller dashboard.
