Can't reply on iphone due to spam message

Is there any way to remove the spam message that keeps coming up in messages? It takes up so much space that when I attach a photo to a message (I always send a picture of custom items before I ship), I can't hit the send button. Really annoying as I take photos on my iphone and I would like to send it right from there versus having to get on my desktop.

The "Spam" warning message cannot be removed. Whilst it may be inconvenient, particularly when using a phone, it is serving a very important purpose.

When the "Spam" hacking issues began, now nearly 12 months ago, Etsy did place a prominent Dashboard / Message Warning that could be Xed away. And that is exactly what happened. People just Xed it away without reading and then these same people came back to Forums to complain that their Bank / Shop account had been compromised / hacked.

Since this new "permanent" warning has been prominently posted on all Messages it has become apparent that it has shown some measure of success as posts from people claiming to have been compromised / hacked has decreased significantly.

Inconvenient? Yes. Unnecessary? No.

Its extremely inconvenient. I would say tough luck on them. Being owners of a shop, responsible for such things, they should be more careful with dismissing these things. Or even be given the option in settings to turn it off at some point. It's really crappy that we all have to suffer from the mistakes of others.
