Star Seller but no access to live chat button

Does anyone else have this problem? I need to get Etsy support and have the Star Seller badge. A few days ago I noticed the chat button was there, but now it is gone. Is there a reason for this? It says I'm on track for October Star Seller, has the live support been taken away? Thanks in advance for any answers.

Time zones. The chat button from what I have seen follows PST i think (am UK and only notice it from mid afternoon)

"If you're a Star Seller, you will have an option from your Shop Manager to directly chat Etsy Support. This option is available 7 days a week, from 9am to 6pm ET during the week and 10am to 6pm ET on the weekends."

Which is 2pm to 11pm BST (1pm - 10pm GMT/UTC) weekdays, and 3pm - 11pm BST (2pm - 10pm GMT/UTC) weekends

I've never been able to use the chat button.  It has never worked for me.

I did find a link through in through contact, pick a problem, then 'I still need help' button.

Really is frustrating. Like right now 10-11-23. Can’t send any messages or saved messages to customers in the “newest” app. Very time consuming maneuvering around to other ways into orders. No one to talk to or get help. We don’t have time for this. And…Settle on an app please and wait until after the busy season to make changes.
