Hello,
I have recently met all of my goals to get a star seller badge, however, I have waited more than the necessary time and it is yet to be reflected on my shop.

It is 90 days, yes, but since they don’t give it on the 91st day you have to wait till the beginning of the next month to get it. They only give it at beginning of each month. You may qualify, say, on 5th but will have to wait till the beginning of next month.

Re: Star Seller badge
@MaijasCraftworks: "I have recently met all of my goals to get a star seller badge ..." Star Seller is calculated only on the 1st of each month, and on that day it must have been more than 90 days since your first sale, then you need to have met the order quantity and volume requirements during the preceding three month period, and only then are the other metrics considered. Remember that for the August Star, you need to look at the "previous period" data, what you see on your Star Seller page is the metrics for the September badges and star.

Re: Star Seller badge
I checked what you mentioned, however quantity and volume stats do not appear on the star seller stats review page. Therefore I cannot see if I have met those requirements either. Based on what the page says about the last review period, I have perfect scores on all stats.

Re: Star Seller badge
@MaijasCraftworks Because dollar and sale amount disappear when met.
Check the CSV for May June and July for August. Not the current that you see in the star seller.
I don't think you met the first criteria which is the dollar amount and number of items plus you have to have a full three months in for the star seller to kick in.
You might be on the roster for September.

Re: Star Seller badge
Check your Shop Manager. If you have qualified this month you will see a notification there.

Re: Star Seller badge
The star seller page on shop manager tells me I have perfect scores on all the required stats. Yet it doesn’t reflect that by telling me I have earned the badge.

Re: Star Seller badge
- You must also meet a minimum of 5 orders and $300 in sales during the 3-month review period, and you must have been on Etsy’s platform for 90 days since your first sale.

Re: Star Seller badge
Yes, I have met all these requirements already. I talked to technical assistance and they checked to make sure everything was good. They said I am supposed to get the badge but it isn’t updating and told me to post the issue here because the technical team checks in the forum for star seller issues.

Why does this video say 10 sales and not 5? Did something change? Etsy Star Seller | Celebrating the best in customer experience

Re: Star Seller badge
It won't play the video for me, but underneath the video, written in words, it says
Make at least 5 sales worth $300
To become a Star Seller your shop needs to meet the sales and orders minimum in the three-month review period.

Re: Star Seller badge
go to star seller stats, it chows the CURRENT review period, that is what you are working towards for 1st September
To see the stats for the calculation that was made at the end of July, for the badges that show now,
you have to click on LAST review period

Re: Star Seller badge
Yes, I am aware of this and I have met all requirements to get a badge. This is a back-end technical issue.

Re: Star Seller badge
are you sure it's more than 3 months from your 1st sale, to 31st July,
was your first sale before 1st May ....... the review for it wasn't left until 29th May, so I'm wondering when it was purchased

Re: Star Seller badge
it needed to be 3 months before 31st July - it's not 90 days, that would be 92 days before
today is 4th
if it was 96 days ago today, you probably missed out, and the next calculation isn't until end of August
when was your 1st sale, UTC time?

Re: Star Seller badge
it's 3 months, not 90 days
If a seller satisfies the customer service standards and other qualifications for the three (3) months prior to the Assessment Date (“Review Period”), then the seller automatically qualifies to become a Star Seller.
If the seller does not meet the customer service standards or other qualifications during the 3 months immediately prior to the Assessment date, the Star Seller badge is automatically removed at the relevant Assessment Date

Re: Star Seller badge
For whatever reason, I'm not able to make my own thread on this discussion. I'll just post here hoping for an answer. When did ETSY change the sales for Star Seller Badge from 5 sales in 3 months to 10 sales? For me, since I have large ticket items this is unattainable. Sales this summer have been way down. I feel like ETSY never advertises my items even though I am playing to advertise.
