I have been eligible for Star Seller status for quite a while, but my on time shipping is constantly mis-calculated. When I look through each individual order, it was sent out on time, it has a valid tracking number, the carrier is correct, and when I click on the tracking number, it shows that the item was delivered. Yet Etsy is showing these as still being "in-transit". It is clearly a glitch within Etsy. I've going through the help chat numerous times and received no help. Ultimately, I was referred here.

We've double-checked the order affecting your Star Seller, and it appears that the tracking events are now showing on Etsy. It may take about 24 hours for the On-Time Shipping score to update.
On the other hand, we're also looking into an issue wherein an order is being counted negatively towards Star Seller, even if the tracking events for the order is showing on Etsy. I’ve made sure that all of the details we've gathered will be added to their on-going investigation so they have more information to work with. At this time, we do not have a timeline for when this issue will be resolved but please know that we prioritize issues based on the impact to our members.

@JoyfulSouthernMama: Did Etsy Support or the Help Pages send you here? This is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
Have you looked at the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page to see which orders Etsy thinks have an issue? Star Seller is supposed to be based on shipped (on time with tracking, etc) not delivered so "in transit" should not negatively affect your stats as long as the package has had at least one scan.
Yes, Etsy support sent me here. I clarified with them that they were expecting other Etsy sellers/customers to help resolve this problem, and the answer was yes. I have had numerous chats with Etsy support, which were unhelpful.
I looked at the ones that Etsy support pointed out at being issues. I let them know that these were sent on time and that they had tracking numbers. They asked me to send screenshots, which I did. They then said that I may have added the carrier info incorrectly. I double checked that, and it is not incorrect either. I can't pinpoint any reason why I would get dinged, but Etsy support won't help.
