Can't buy and print labels for past orders

Trying to buy and print another label for a past order to send a replacement item. But when I click on the past order and hit Get Shipping Labels, nothing pops up. The site does not respond. What to do?

There is a time limit on buying another label.

Go to your local post office and buy a shipping label or use one of the other online services that sell postage. Be sure to manually add the tracking information for Star Seller metrics.

Hello there,

Please know that as of the moment, sellers on Etsy have 12 weeks to purchase a shipping label for an order. In the event that the order has passed 12 weeks, you may want to purchase postage off of Etsy to ship the order to the buyer.

In my shop its less than 10 days, then I can't after that. It's been this way for a few months
