Star Seller badge lost due to blocked messaging

My messaging has been blocked for over 2 months, I was unable to reply to customers' messages, and as a result, lost my Star Sller badge. I contacted support, and they confirmed that the messages were blocked by mistake and assured me that they would reinstate my Star Seller status.

Yesterday, I received an email saying, "Congrats, you're a Star Seller for October!" However, despite this email, my shop has not regained its Star Seller status. I have spoken to support today, but they mentioned that they are unable to resolve the issue on their end and suggested writing here.

I am not sure why I was suggested to post this on a forum, but is there anyone here who can assist with this problem?

We are only other sellers here. Etsy support has no ability to change star seller.

Hopefully it will update over night. They sent you here so the tech folks can look into this.

You could also ask chat to forward your complaint to a specialized team and to open and to escalate a ticket for you.

They sent you to this forum so you would post here and stop bothering them.  There is nothing anyone in this forum can do to help except sympathize.  The star seller badge doesn't really mean that much anyways.  It is one thing in a long list of criteria Etsy uses to prioritize search results and there are a lot higher rated criteria.

IME support can and has changed star seller status. When it first started I found errors on their part/ I showed them the errors on their part and they reinstated things. It took about 48 hrs but my star was back
