Star Seller - all 3 achieved, got the email. But no.. its not showing

It showed all 3 achieved

I received the email stating all achieved and throw the confetti..

But on the dashboard, Etsy page. No.. it's says one was not achieved. So no star seller badge
But they were.

I am a seller in the UK

Is there an error glitch? Can someone assist please, thank you

A quick view shows you are missing your shipping badge.

They have a habit of sending the congrats emails to sellers who haven't actually achieved it.

Hello, thank you for your answers.

My confusion is because: on the 30th it showed all 3 as ticked. 98% 4.9% and 95%

on the 1st they showed: 100%, 4.9% and 97%

and I got the email on the 1st saying I had done it again for another month. 

Most odd.. I was wondering if there had been a glitch and it would amend its self?

Look at the Last Review Period tab

It will tell you the stats it calculated it on.

On the 1st, it changes to show the current review period stats (aug - oct).

This morning they sent me an email that I did NOT make the badge, but my stats and shop shows I do have it. Crazy

@VintageRescueSquad yeah, I got an email saying I had 89% for shipping, but in reality it was actually 100% and I do have the star seller blurb on my shop.
