Wir versenden aus der Schweiz in die ganze Welt. Die internationalen Trackingnummern können wir eingeben und sie werden von Etsy akzeptiert.

Die Trackingnummern für den Schweizer Versand werden nicht akzeptiert. (98.01.875400.02199077 Bsp. für eine Schweizer Tracking Nummer.)

Entsprechend hat man dann einen Minuspunkt in der Star Seller Bewertung.

Was können wir anders machen?

@FeldorDesign: Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Sometimes the format of the tracking number matters, as does a leading or trailing space.

Is the shipper and service you are using supported by Etsy? An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.

Leave the dots out.

It automatically recognises it as swiss post without the dots, on 17track.net

It's the dot's that are the problem.
