Star Seller DENIED even with 3 stars for previous period

I'll try to be very specific:

When I go to my Star Seller page it says "Nice work, you earned two badges!"

Then beneath the header is shows that I only got 2 badges for the previous period. 
(YES I know that means 3 previous month evaluation for my current May status)

However if you click on the "Last review period" tab and look at the actual statistics it shows I'm eligible on all 3 criteria = 3 stars! 

100% message response rate, 4.8 Average rating, 100% On-time shipping & tracking

I was on chat 2 times now and was told to post this here... not sure what else I need to show. I'm worried some admin will chime back with some blanket answer like "The evaluation period for Star Seller will look at the last 3 months of data prior to the evaluation date. In addition, you must also meet a minimum of 5 orders and $300 in sales during the 3-month evaluation period."

No - I qualified on ALL The criteria

I also wanted to knock out the potential excuse that "If you meet the criteria to receive a Star Seller badge after an evaluation period, it can take up to 48 hours for the badge to be displayed."

NO - it's been 9 days since I first reported this problem. 

Please fix this - my sales are down and this is a direct result of this error.

Star seller has nothing to do with sales down. It's been around for so long, it's a moot point. Most buyers don't even notice it anymore.

@OriginalMightyWallet   Your sales will NOT be affected by the little purple stars.  I NEVER get three because I refuse to have my customers pay for Canadian tracking, which is a total ripoff.  My sales are fine.

Thanks for that insight! Must have been a coincidence -I usually get almost an order a day and then for a week no orders. Now it's back up again... They also restored my Star Status but the msg badge is still missing - downloaded the data and i had 100% response. Makes NO SENSE. 

Then this month so far I am below the 4.8 rating at 4.7 but all the ratings are 5 stars... again makes no sense!

They really make a disaster with this whole thing.

You have a 4 review may 1st

a 1 star review april 22nd

a 3 star review march 20th

a 4 star review march 19th

That's 132 stars over 28 reviews = 4.7

The review period is 3 months not 1.

Your account is not showing the message badge so maybe look into that a bit closer and download the history.

You're not showing the message badge, but you do show Star Seller.

Have you looked at your shop home page? It's right there, next to your shop icon, in purple "star seller".

seems to be fixed well sort off, also seeing the star seller badge which is strange as you seem to be missing the message badge

Pour moi, vous êtes déjà top vendeur. Vous avez le badge, c'est sur l'accueil de votre boutique.

Vous avez Badge livraison efficace et avis enthousiaste car sur les 3 derniers mois vous n'avez peut être pas reçu de message de potentiels acheteurs auxquels il faut répondre dans les 24 heures. C'est pour cette raison que vous ne voyez pas le badge "réponse rapide aux messages".

Concernant la baisse des ventes , je pense que c'est général car j'ai le badge star seller et mes ventes ont baissé de 60%. Malheureusement, en ce moment beaucoup de vendeurs se plaignent de cette baisse des ventes.

Merci bien, oui c'est vrai. Ils ont change mon status mais on voit encore que les messages ont pas the bon marque. Au moins ils on restaure mon niveau do "top vendeur" - je suis heureux

You are a star seller. 

Looks like you only have 2 of the 3 badges because you didn't have any qualifying messages during the 3 month period. 

That didn't disqualify you, but you don't get the badge if you didn't have any messages. 

You just get the SS and the 2 badges you did qualify for. 

The same thing happens with digital sellers because they never get the tracking badge. But they can still be star sellers with just 2 badges, as long as they don't have anything otherwise disqualifying them.

Yeah - they gave me the status but there is something wrong w the message thing still as I had (according to the data) 100% response rate.

Glad you appreciated my feeble attempt at some humor. 

There was a glitch last week with some of how the star seller badges were displaying (at least 3 posts about it). 

You still had it the whole time, you were always showing as being a star seller, so I still stand by my statement that it would have had no reflection in your sales. It does appear that it's been fixed (for now) and you are currently showing all 3 badges along with the purple star. But again, I don't think it actually has that big of an effect on sales, so I would keep expectations in check.
