Star Seller - Tracking Number stuck in Pre-transit

Hi team,

I was asked by ETSY support chat to post in this forum regarding Order #3604373241 and that a Technical Team will pick up this request and reply within 24 hours. The order is showing in my Customer Service stats as not having a tracking number yet the tracking number is present and is stuck in "Pre-Transit". The issue is arising because the system automatically picked up the tracking number as FedEx when it is in fact a FleetOptics tracking number. The parcel has been delivered and shows as such when tracked on the FleetOptics website.

Hoping for a swift resolution to this as there are 10 days left before the reporting period ends for Star Seller evaluation.

I have had this problem before with Australia Post tracking  numbers. Etsy automatically changes them to FEDEX. Can you go in to the section and manually change the number to the correct postage service.  Sometimes that works.

I had a similar problem and contacted support. This is what you do and it does work.

Go to your completed orders, click on the 3 dots on the righthand side and select the option - Add a Package. You can add the same tracking number and change the shipping agent. It might take a couple of hours to update but it will show that it's been delivered. My SS was not affected.
