I have just checked my star seller tracking speadsheet and it says that I have missed tracking on 2 orders. I have looked at the orders in question, both have tracking numbers, both shipped on time, can't see what I have missed, any suggestions? Thank you
@CherylsCakes wiat 24 to 48 hours to see if it updates if this a very recent shipping of packages. It can take that long if the tracking numbers are not added through Etsy labels directly or another service integrated with Etsy.
did you put the tracking numbers in after you marked s shipped, or did you ship late?
Shipped on time, tracking added as it was marked as complete

@CherylsCakes: How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and Star Seller stats auto update.
Star seller stats are always wrong. Mine say my message response rate has been 76% for six months, yet I answer messages 6 times a day during the week and twice a day on weekends.

There are many reasons that the data page will show "no tracking."
UPDATE : Star Seller eventually acknowledged that the tracking was there. It took until the item was delivered, even though tracking through USPS website had all the info from the start.
