I have star seller status (100%, 100%, 97%) but my account didn’t update to star seller.
Are you looking at the current review period or the last review period? The current review period is used to determine if you get the star on July 1st. For this months star you need to look at the last review period numbers. There is a tab there on the star seller page in shop manager.
Based on the badges you received for June you missed the 5 star review percentage since you don't have that badge or the star. Looking through your reviews for the last review period (March 1- May 31) you received six 4 star reviews during that review period. The percentage is basic math...
Number of 5 star reviews received divided by total number of reviews received. Quick count when I look shows you received 93 reviews in total during the review period and 6 were 4 stars. So the math is 87 5 star reviews received divided by 92 total reviews received. So 87/93= 0.9354 or 93 % or 94% if it rounds up (not sure if it rounds up or not)
