Are you saying the buyers did not choose correctly? Since their remarks are positive you can gently ask them if there is a problem and that you would like to help. Perhaps they will change their stars.
The stars are the important part and yes buyers will make mistakes in the stars. That's something we have no control over and Etsy won't change.
