I have been a Star Seller for 6 months straight, and this month to my surprise it notified me that I had lost my star seller status? It was due to "Message response" however when I downloaded the information the only message flagged as late was a chain message history with a repeat customer looking for an item that was started in MAY. I have responded each and every time, no new messages it was all contained in the same one. I am so confused and frustrated because that Message chain started May 13th, and was responded to May 13th and kept going. Why was my Star Seller status revoked? This should not have factored into my message responses?
