Deactivated listing

I just posted a vintage cigar/tobacco tin for sale on Etsy, and it was promptly deactivated, presumably because it violated Etsy's tobacco policy.  However, no tobacco is for sale.  Multiple other similar items are successfully posted on Etsy.  Have others run into this scenario?  How do I go about appealing this decision?          Rich                                                              Midcenturygiftshop

What was pictured on the tin? You do know cigar items from Cuba are banned under Etsy's policies due to trade sanctions.

Did you use the word Cuba?

Did you receive an email from etsy? Sounds like an automated system error.  Here is a link to initiate chat or email.

Re: Deactivated listing

Did you use the the word Havanna?

Havanna or Cuba will trigger the bots to remove the listings since you can't sell items from there.

But if the item is made in the USA, then I'd leave out Cuba/Havanna in your title, tags, description.
