Hello, where can I get help?
I met Seller Star status in September, but I don't get a badge in the Answers category. 100% fulfilled according to dashboard, but this isn´t taken into account.
Support is not available, does not answer in chat...
What do you think, whree I can get help?
Thank you.
Hello!
We ask that members please refrain from sharing any sort of personal/sensitive information (yours or other people's - this includes, and is not limited to: Names, Addresses, Phone Numbers, Email Addresses, Tracking Numbers, Private Messages, etc.). This also includes any verbatim communication between you and Etsy Support, as per Section 1, Item 2 of our Community Policies.
Please note that this is a safety measure for you and everyone else potentially involved in the matter, which is why this is such an important aspect of our Community Policies.
Thank you!

It's no point putting the link,
if anyone clicks it, they see their own stats, not yours.
in the star seller stats, click "PREVIOUS" review period - the current one is what you are working towards for October, not what is shown now.
.... etsy never does anything about star seller, they close calls and point you here - we are only other sellers, not etsy
Hi, thank you..
yes, of course, I see, it´s the community that interplay here..
The 100% were fulfiled in the previous period, also!
etsy doesn't let you download the previous csv's any more, only the current one,
of the current one is at 100%, it was a message from June that is the problem.
did you have two different message threads from the same person, and only reply to one?
did a message go to spam, and you moved it out?
September isn’t over yet. Next chance for the Star Seller is October 1.
opps read that wrongly
Actually, I‘ve meant the badge at 1.September and for the previous period .. it was of course from June-August and the star seller status i was awaited at 1.September.
Further, of i click „previous period“ there are also 100%, 100% and 4,9 in reviews.
So I don‘t unterstand why it isn’t marked as fulfilled..
maybe there was a spam, i don‘t remember, and it’s possible that i moved it as spam…
but this does seit count, I think?
If it is spam, mark it as spam, then it doesn't count
There is also the requirement to sell $300 worth and 5 orders during the 3 month period. Did you do that, also?

Ich habe genau das selbe Problem
I am having this same problem. The stats say 100% response rate for previous period as well as current period yet I have not unlocked the speedy replies badge. The rules also state "Consistently not meeting our standards may lower your search visibility on Etsy, and impact your shop or account status".
Kinda getting screwed by etsy here and the only solution I can find just says not to post personal information.
