So I was chatting with someone on chat asking if there is any way they can update or refresh the numbers for my star seller qualification
I had them all but the shipping one, but I downloaded the csv file and from what I calculated I did have the percentages and all needed for the badge. But still, the scores did not update yesterday, the 31st. They updated today, and of course, as I calculated, they are all green and at or above what is needed, BUT, because the scores updated today (the 1st) and not yesterday, I do not qualify to have the badge for the month of February.... how does this make any sense????
I also had this problem with my message response percentage. It did not calculate my last message response which put me over the 95%, which would give me the star seller badge again. How do I get this updated/changed?
etsy says that the last messages of the month are rolled into the next month.
so for Nov/Dec/Jan
you will have messages from the last few days of October too,
the messages from the last few days of Jan, are rolled into Feb
to give time to reply, and stats to update
@SouthernCalligraphy: Usually a new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you actually replied. Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) seem to be updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay. Keep in mind that that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC (not your time zone).
@BelamodaCo: Are you looking at the Previous Period stats on your Star Seller page to see what the numbers were for the February star and badges? What you see now is the stats for your March star and badges.
I am experiencing a similar, just slightly different issue: Yesterday, before January ended, my stats were at 93% shipping on time with tracking. Today I noticed it had dropped to 89%. I had orders on 1/30 and 1/31, both with tracking and shipped on time.
