I've got one order that keeps reverting to not completed and so I get "dispatch overdue" even though it isnt.
I've marked it as completed three times but it keeps coming back
Never had that happen to me, but sounds like an Etsy glitch. Not much you can do about it, maybe email the customer to let them know that you did mail it, and when.
