Hi, as we’re coming close to the following month, we’d like to ensure the stats are accurate.
Currently shipping shows 94% but does not taken into account 2 orders that was recently shipped on time this week.
@JOMOCandle: "... 2 orders that was recently shipped ..." Often orders appear to be not counted until after their scheduled to ship by date regardless of when you actually shipped.
Check with a browser. Mine take a while to update on the app but update immediately using a browser.
