I have not shipped an order late EVER and ALWAYS include tracking information unless it is a pick up order which is seldom. Yet Etsy just dropped my shipping rating to 91% for "failing to include tracking information". I doubled checked all of my orders and they have all been delievered with no issues. Please help rectify this. Thank you!
If you download the csv file for the shipping metric, it will tell you exactly which order was the issue. If that order was shipped recently, it can take a day or two for the stats to update. If it doesn't update, you need to contact Etsy directly, the forums are not frequented by Etsy staff, they are peer to peer, and while we can offer advice and clarification, we cannot fix anything for you. Occasionally an Etsy staffer will pop in, but as a rule, the whole SS thing is automated. However, Etsy has made it clear they cannot make manual corrections. Also, the shipping metric doesn't just look for tracking, but also for shipping within the stated ship by date (Etsy time).
Thank you for your response. I understand that completely. I did download the spreadsheet and all orders were shipped within 48 hours of ordering which is less than my processing time. The only reason I commented on the forum was because when I searched what to do under Star Seller it sent me here to submit my concern. I will try to find how to contact Etsy directly to get this fixed. Thanks again.
There have been numerous other posts with the same problem. Hopefully, Etsy is "working" on it.
