Star Seller Stats Date Range

Star Seller was evaluated on 1st June -

My messages on 30th May were not included in the stats meaning I did not achieve the 95% in messages (I was sitting at 94% and these messages would have qualified me) and therefore did not gain Star Seller. 

Low and behold they are now showing in stats - and in the CSV file it clearly shows dates 30th May   

The goalposts set by Etsy were to include transactions in May - but this has not happened and my shop is being penalised.

You are correct. For some reason Etsy seems to ignore that last few days of the month.

This happened to me as well. I had 3 customer messages come in on May 31st (the last one was at 1 pm central and all my replies were no later than 2 pm central time) and they aren't showing up on my MessageStats_LastReview excel form when inspecting the Last Review Period on my Star Seller Info Page. But when I download the MessaageStats_Current excel form I see they are including the 3 messages there. Those 3 messages would have brought my message count for the last 3 months to 21 total messages - 20 replied to within 24 hours and 1 that I missed by 11 minutes unfortunately. But by my count that would have put me at 95% response rate and I would have gotten the badge for speedy replies and ultimately the full Star Seller badge as my other stats were above 95%. 

On another note, my shipping score is showing 99% because it says one of my orders didn't ship with tracking info which is untrue... you can click on the order and see the tracking info right there. I always use Etsy to ship every order so I cannot understand why this order is coming up as no info. I'm not as worried about it since it only brought my 100% down to 99% but it still is crappy that I am being punished for some bug in their system.

@theWoolyWitch I haven't seen anyone post that they got Etsy to revise their star status for errors.  Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Very annoying but I think you are correct. I haven't seen anyone mention that either and the help page even says they can't help with that and to come here to post about it. I don't have any expectation that doing that will change anything for me though. Oh well.. it is what it is. I guess it's nice to find out I'm not the only one. Hopefully the changes they are making right now will also include some bug fixes.

Same happened here. Had 2 messages on the 31st & we would have been star sellers for the month. But NOPE. Etsy didn’t count it. 
we lost our star seller status because a customer messaged us, I answered within minutes & then she accidentally sent a blank new message I did not respond to
