Star Seller Stats Calculated Incorrectly

My message response rate was calculated incorrectly to qualify for June.  There are messages missing on the downloadable spreadsheet that were responded to in a prompt manner.  I would like this looked into further by Etsy, please.

You need a log a call for etsy to look into it

community and help - contact us - keep going until you get to "I still need help" and can log a ticket.

We are only other sellers here, and can't fix anything like that

The star seller badge is rather discriminating! During the 3 month review period, we received 29 - 5 star reviews & 2 - less than 5 star review, I would think this to be a STAR SELLER period, however it was not rated as such for the month of June! This sounds like an error on the technical side !

It's basic math percentages not a technical error. The number of 5 star reviews received during the review period divided by the total number of reviews received during the review period. So 29 5 star reviews received divided by 31 total reviews received ...29/31 = 0.93 or 93%.

not an error.  you need 19 5 star reviews for every one that's less that 5.  this is supposed to change somehow but etsy doesn't say when.
