Star Seller Stat is not align with the statement for the past 3 months

I have crosschecked my stat and statement. Sadly, I didn't meet the sales per that stat report but based on the statements I was able to achieve over $300 on sales. What to do?

Has it been 90 days since the 1st sale? you can only be awarded the badges once the 90 days has passed. Well that is how it should be according to the rules

Yes, it's already been 90 days since my 1st sale. And based on the number of orders, it only covers up until end of August.

you needed your first sale before 1st July, for star seller badges to show

Upon checking, I was able to earn my 1st sale in June.

The stats show in

"LAST review period"

and are for July/Aug/Sept

etsy shows current review period, as default, you have to click on last

I checked the last period and it only covers 32 orders. However, I had 104 orders for the last 90 days

Are you counting the shipping money in that $300 target?  That requirement is for raw sales, item price only, not item and shipping.
