Star Seller Stat Wrong

I had a customer message me on Dec. 21 saying he had ordered the wrong item...I replied to his message....canceled the order and refunded.  Now I see in the Star Seller stats that Etsy is showing that I did not reply.  Odd thing is that the little circled number that shows how many messages in a particular message thread shows that there were 2 ...obviously his and my response yet my message to him is not there. It's very unfortunate that there is no way to contact Etsy and straighten problems like this out.

@BittleBoxArt: The best thing to do is to look at the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page - that way you can see which new thread Etsy thinks you did not answer on time.

I have incorrect stats from etsy too so no star seller badge this month.  It doesn't appear that there is anything that can be done about it.
