My processing time says 1-3 business days. I received an order Friday night and processed it on Saturday. I didn’t get Star Seller presumably because it wasn’t processed 1-3 business days?
By processed, you mean you mailed it using an Etsy label?
@IllusiveBloom: So the orders received on Friday had a ship by date of November 1st? Based on our analysis of the CSV files, it appears that messages are assigned to the month that the 24 hour reply window ends (not when the message was received or answered) and orders are assigned to the month that they are scheduled to ship by (not when they were placed or shipped). And dates are determined by UTC not the sellers timezone. The applicable CSV file will have details in it.
You also don't have the badge for replying to messages.
I shipped on Saturday with Etsy label.
@IllusiveBloom THe order came in Friday. The beginning of the processing time frame is October 31 through November 2 for 1 t0 3 days. Etsy ignores weekends.
However you can ship on Saturday.
The star seller ends two days before the 1st. It is possible since your processing time frame did not start for this item that the algorithm ignored it, Check the CSV to see if it was added to Nov. stats,
I didn’t have any messages
It just says I haven’t shipped any orders.
The package is in Denver
@IllusiveBloom: Have you checked the applicable CSV file to see if Etsy thinks there are any "errors" with the order? In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order.
It shipped on October 29 with Etsy label and had processing time. Just never mind. I don’t care anymore about Star Seller
