Star Seller Shipping on Digital Downloads

My Etsy shop sells digital downloads.  The customer service stats show I am meeting the Star Seller metrics for Reviews and and Respons Rates but the shipping badge is blank because my products aren't shipped.  Since I don't ship my product, was my eligibility for Star Seller calculated wrong?

You can't make Star Seller without meeting the $300 minimum for the review period.  Nothing to do with a total digital shop.

My shop made more than 5 sales and $300 in the 3 month review period.

It might be because there's a Star Seller glitch, period. I am a Star Seller. All 5-star reviews except one 4. Shipping the very next day. Immediate response to messages. I'm a Star Seller every month and should be this month too but there is no badge.
