Hello. I continually have an issue earning the Star Seller badge bc I have customer who will make a purchase, but ask me to hold the order and ship it several days AFTER they have purchased it (due to them being out of town, usually.) My typical turn around is next day shipping. But when a customer requests a later mailing date, I of course, accommodate their request. However, this counts against me EVERY time and I do not get my Star Seller status because the system sees an order that ships outside of the 1 day shipping I promise. Can someone tell me how to work around this? I meet all requirements for the Star Seller except shipping - - and that is ONLY because I have a few customers that request delayed shipping. Help! This is frustrating me!!!!!!!

If a buyer requested to ship an order at a later date, you're welcome to extend the ship-by date for the order. Keep in mind that the ship-by date can be updated once, before the original ship-by date has passed, and can be extended up to 21 days. Change the ship by date to accommodate your customer.. you can only do it once and it doesn't affect anything with you or your shop
