Hello, we suddenly have a problem in the Star Seller program. We are told that we have not provided shipping information for multiple packages. However, this is not true, because each package have provided this information. We are also being told that packages were shipped too late which is also not true. We would be in the Star Seller program for the first time in October and 24 hours before suddenly there are problems and we fall under the limit.
Hi, Did you download the CSV File? It would be for the months July, August, September. For the SS Badge on October 1.
Yes, we did. There is shows no tracking but when I open the order I find a tracking ID for the customer and we're always early in shipping when it comes to the dates.
@LilleCo: Are you basing this on the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page? In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes.
Was each order marked as complete before the scheduled ship by date? If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Have the packages been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available. An unsupported shipping company or invalid tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
Yes it always shows yes. One order of three is late but this is a third party issue and not our fault. The other orders where on time, with a tracking ID but the CSV shows wrong data.
