I am a fairly new shop and I've been working hard to keep my Star Seller percentages up. I have several people I work with that order and then I hand deliver. I completed one order as other and hand delivered. I noticed this morning that my shipping percentage had dropped due to missing tracking information for that order. Is there another way I should do this to keep my percentages from dropping? I don't want to make people I see daily pay for shipping but I also don't want to lose my Star Seller chances because of hand delivered items.
