Star Seller Shipping Miscalculated

For the last review period Sep-Nov, I have 4 orders at the end of last month that it claims were shipped late.. My processing time is set for 3-5 business days, but this is claiming orders placed on 11/27 were supposed to be shipped by 11/30. This is only 3 business days - the low end of my range. I'm supposed to have 2 extra days! It seems to be a glitch having to do with the end of the month because it is showing all orders placed at the end of November had 11/30 as a ship by date in the downloaded report. But I also checked the emails I got informing me of the orders and those emails have a December date listed as "ship by" which correlates to my processing time settings. What is going on here and why is this affecting my star seller badge?

The last two days are not counted for the month following.  The items may be corrected for the January star seller.

Are you looking at the CSV.  The beginning date for an order on the 27th would be Nov 30 to Dec 2.  Are you sure the order didn't come in earlier the week before such as Nov 23?

Are you certain all your items are set to 3 to 5 days processing?

Yes I looked at the CSV. It only had 1 date listed for the ship by date which as I said was Nov 30. I am sure the orders I mentioned came in on Nov 27th. I am also sure all my items are set to 3-5 days processing.

I did look at the CSV for January Star Seller and it does indeed mark these 4 orders as shipped on time! So I get dinged for the last review period, but yet those same orders are cleared for the upcoming review period? Makes no sense.
