Has anyone had a Star Seller problem with the shipping and Etsy does not fix it? I had an order in October that required an extra shipping fee. I set up a listing for the shipping fee and then linked the actual shipping tracking number for the product. Nothing was late and everything was on time. Etsy marked it as late. I contacted them immediately and have done so a couple of times since. Nothing was ever corrected and it was their error. So, I was penalized for Nov, Dec and now Jan. Just wondering why technical support will not fix the problem??
Unfortunately, the Star Seller is fully automated and Etsy rarely makes any changes or resolves such issues. I would not waste any more time on it.
@Sassyshades: Have you checked the applicable CSV file on your Customer Service Stats page (last review period for January star) to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.
If you marked both orders as completed on time with verifiable tracking (presumably the same tracking number, courier, and ship date on both) then you should not be experiencing an issue.
