Listings are Unavailable

My shop was temporarily suspended due to overdue fees. Today I paid the fees and my shop is open again, however all of my listings are showing up as unavailable. I have tried to reach Etsy in so many ways, but I just keep getting generic responses that do not fix the problem. What do I do?

You need to respond to the generic message saying you still need help.  If you don't reply then Etsy closes the matter.

I did this and I received an email back saying that this email inbox is not monitor. I have tried also getting a hold of them on the website on the help center but it doesn't have my issue as a button so I have no way to explain what happened. It seems impossible to get a hold of them.

Do you mean that your listings were deactivated by Etsy?

They say they are active, but when i go to each listing in customer view,- it days the listing is unavailable. But on my side, they all say active.

I looked at your shop.

The Shop Sections say you have 6 items, but your whole shop is blank.

This sometimes happens after you come back from vacation - other sellers have reported this exact issue.

Try deactivating, then reactivating those listings and see if the show again.

That is actually true, I was on vacation mode and just took it off. How do I deactivate it? Do I have to create the listings all over again?

No, you don't have to redo the listing.

Go to your Seller Dashboard, click Listings.

You can see a list of Active items there. Look for the empty square, and click Select all, then click Deactivate.

Then go to your Inactive Listings, select those same listings, and click "Activate".

This may help, it may not.

They may reactivate, then disappear again later.

It's a known glitch.

Thank you so much, I just did that and now when I go to reactivate them I get yellow alerts that say that the listings have been removed due to policy violations. When I click more info it just brings me to a generic support Hub and doesn't say anything about my situation. I have no idea why it would be against policy, I've had these listings up for over 5 years.

Also, I checked my inbox and I never received an email from Etsy stating that they removed my listings due to policy issues. It never even said that until I deactivated the listings.

It's literally telling me now that each listing was deactivated by Etsy. But that's not true, as you know they were all active just not showing her customers and then I'm the one that's deactivated it. I am so confused, it must be a massive glitch. And I cannot get a hold of anyone from Etsy to help.

I posted this in the other thread as well. It can take over 24 hours for Etsy to fully re-activate a shop after you pay a late bill. It might be that you had access to get in and turn off vacation or renew the listings...whatever....but the Etsy system did not fully know you had made payment. Owing fees to Etsy is a policy violation.

Don't reply to the Etsy email, I think there should be a link towards the bottom that you click that you need more help...maybe?

I just checked your shop and your 4 listings are visible and checkout looks OK too.
