Star Seller Shipping Calculation error on Etsy's part

UPDATE:  Talked with Milo in Tech Support -  The Engineering Team is looking in to this and will email me with update.

Item sold on June 22, 2024 (Saturday) I shipped item on June 24, 2024 on time.   My processing is 1-3 days - and I only process items Monday-Friday.  So Etsy was wrong in saying I didn't ship it out on time as I most certainly did and have the receipt from when I dropped it off at the PO.  The only thing I can think of I was on vacation and turned it off early as I knew I didn't have to ship anything on the weekends -I am bummed because I take pride in shipping on time and earlier sometimes than what is stated - this one error on Etsy's part knocked me out of star seller for July   can this be corrected since the error is on Etsy?

@TmlssTreasuresGalore  Things to check:

1. What does tracking say?  If the post office scanned it a day late, it will show as shipped late even if you know the post office had it.
2. Is the tracking number correct?  If you entered it manually, if a space is added or a number cut off, it will show as shipped, but not shipped with tracking.

Tracking - tracked shipped June 24, 2024  Wasn't scanned late checked that (I have 1-3 days and this was day one) customer received on Thursday - tracking number was correct - I import all items to Pirate ship - so that was all correct - seems to be a Technical issue.

What date did your label say for shipping date?  I always check that to be sure it is correct, because sometimes it thinks I can mail TODAY when my Post Office is already closed for the day.  Maybe you accidentally had a later date in the box than you meant to, and that date is the one reported as the shipping date?

Asking because based on some other posts, the scheduled to ship by date is sometimes different than what the shop thinks it should be.
