Star Seller Scores Miscalculated

I have been a star seller for 6 months consecutively . 
This month - I missed it by one percentage point - in ONE category.

The scores from 5/31 were not counted - and I deserve the star seller status this month too 

I have been a strong seller on Etsy for years  and am considering moving to a new platform if this isn’t resolved fairly .

Are you asking about June.  For June it is March, April, May.  June starts a new round for July with March falling off.

Etsy has consistently not used the last day or so of the month for whatever reason.  It's been this way since the inception of the program.

You can contact them and request they reeavaluate.

June is not finished yet so you could still make it for July.

Etsy has always said that Star Seller takes 24 to 48 hours to update so even at 24 hours anything sold on the last day of a month will not count in the calculations.
