Star Seller Response Rate isn’t resetting

I’ve missed ONE response in the past 4 months (in October) which has my speedy response rate down to 93%. It has not been reset, so I’m still being punished for missing one despite responding to 100% over the past few months.

what in the hell am I missing here???

Have you looked at the CSV file to see what it says? October stats should have dropped off the first of January.

@Babblemore: Have you checked the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page to see which message(s) Etsy thinks were answered late? Keep in mind that new threads do not count until after the 24 hour reply window has passed and that the CSV file is in UTC not your time zone.
